My Rocco is almost 2 years old. He has snubbed every dog food we have tried and constantly goes for the cat food when ever we are not looking. He will sniff the house searching for crumbs like the highest paid maid getting money for every found crumb! I searched many reviews and articles and this was the first and only dog food that said “chihuahua” on the bag so I figured it’s worth a try. At dinner I put a half cup mixed with his other food he picked out ever morsel of the Royal Canin and left the other stuff. The next day I gave him a full bowl and he was chowing down like he hasn’t eaten before! The next meal I had the dog figuring off the cat because he wanted to give it a try. Absolutely buying a second bag and setting up auto delivery. I do think the price is expensive for the size bag.

I will never buy anything else for my chihuahua, everytime she goes for a vet check up. They always tell us how healthy she is ! This food makes her fur shiny . She is 12 years old and acts like a puppy. She’s healthy, because of this amazing food. I have fed it to her for her entire life. All of my vets recommended this, I’m so happy they did. Anything that can prolong my baby’s life is what I need.

Being my dog is so small, even small breed dog food is hard for him to eat. He was hesitant at first. But now he goes right at it. I feed him homemade wet food as his main meals and use this as between meal snacks.

They eat it very good. No weight issues with it. I do add veggies and fruits for my peace of mind. A bit on expensive side. Can be hard to get the 10lb bags. Have 2 Chihuahuas so a small bag doesn’t work well. Heath is good.

My dogs love this kibble brand . It’s a bit expensive but I’m willing to pay for it every month since both of my chihuahuas love it . Even by just grabbing the bag they start crying because they can’t wait to eat it . When I pour the kibble onto their bowel they start licking their mouths . I’ve also tried their wet chihuahua food , they love that as well . For the past few months , I have not been able to find the wet food , so I put Mclovin’s dry kibble as a food topper . My dogs love that well , if not more ! They usually eat the Mclovin’s dry kibble first .

I didn’t taste it lol but the ways she gulps it down must be really tasty! Makes feel good that she enjoys her food and that it is made with ingredients that are good for her. I wish Amazon had it in the 10Lbs bag but all I found was apple favor and don’t know if she would like it in place of the chicken flavor we get.

I love the product, my problem is when I received my bag of dog food it smelled like urine. It must have been shipped from someplace like petco or pet smart where customers can let their pets roam and their dog peed on the bag, because when I opened my package containing the dog food bag it smelled so bad like urine in made me sick. I think I will just go to the store and pick it up myself next time. I can’t believe they would send it out that way..horrible.

My chihuahuas love this dry food. I use it as a filler with their soft chicken n veggie meals. I did notice a bit of constipation and hard stools so I added low fat,low sugar unflavored greek yogurt on top and problem so far has gotten waaaay better. Plus I add water or broth to their meals too. No more rock hard poos. I like the benefit this food has of making the poo less stinky but just alone I think was causing weight gain that is tough on lil guys. We also use this food as treats after being outside too. This food always smells great too but pretty sure that has to do with whatever oil is sprayed on it. Its tough trying to find the right dry food for lil dogs. So far its been a good topper for our dogs meals but I think it could be better without so much corn.

Worth of money as you do not need to feed as much kibble. My mix in squash, peas, celery, carrots. My Sadie no longer waddles. She is sleek and shiny. Full of energy.
